FEATURES, FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

Alan78Pro is the little brother of Alan48Pro. Compact radio for reduced spaces. Alan78Pro is high tech and complete in facing all sorts of noises: it is equipped with the Digital Squelch, that eliminates the background swish and the Noise Blanker, to cancel the environmental noises. Alan78Pro is conceived for multiband frequencies and designed for long journeys and routes in Europe: it has in fact a power output (1W / 4W) that can be changed according to country regulations. Alan78Pro is able to scan available channels and is equipped with the EMG key on the front panel for immediate selection of the Emergency channel 9. The LCD blue back-lit display clearly shows the functions set and the S-Meter indicator, which shows the rx and tx signal strength.  The supplied microphone belongs to “Precision Series”, with Up, Down and Lock buttons. Alan78Pro has sockets to connect to an external S-Meter, to an external speaker and a 6-pin microphone connector.
